There are a wide variety of lumber yards and big box stores to get your building products from. So why Grand Banks?

1. We know what we are talking about.

We’ve spent years combing through building products and finding the best ones. We’ve put time into researching the best products and building relationships with their manufacturers. We know what’s out there and where to get it. With so many variables on your project, let us help you carry some of the weight.

2. Resources

Fully staffed with Product Experts, we have the resources to help educate our clients about different products. We have samples of finishes and materials at the store. Sometimes decisions are too important to rely on a picture. When you want to put your hands on something before deciding if that’s what you want in your home or project, we’ve got you covered. Our online resources are constantly growing, with an online library full of how to’s, warranty information, product guides and more. Check out our Resource Center.

3. Partnership

We offer more than just products, we offer a partnership. We walk through the project with you, from quote to finish. Once we’ve placed the order, we will confirm a delivery time convenient for you. If there are any issues with your product rest assured that we’ve got your back. We are with you to the end.

4. Vetting

We research each of our products. Each and everyone of them goes through a careful vetting process. We visit the factories to see how the products come together. We review how products hold under real world examples. We won’t sell you anything if we don’t already know that it works.

5. We stand by our products.

We would never sell you anything we wouldn’t be comfortable with having in our own home. What’s more, we don’t wash our hands of you once the product is delivered. We stand with you through the whole project. You are not alone.
