For all non-residential projects, we offer our Commercial Services team. Backed by our Architectural Services department and the rest of our team, we can bring the strongest bid and project support to your build. Whether it's a large institution or a small boutique, we can help.
We’ll walk with you through your entire project. From initial design through the final build and beyond. We can provide you with drawings, specifications, design guidance, and alternate products for your job.
DESIGN + BID
We’ll go over your plans, sort through all the information, and give you the best options to move forward. We work with a wide array of partners to make sure we always have the best solution for your project. We understand that this is a long, complex process, and we'll be by your side the whole time.
DEVELOPMENT
After the bid has been awarded, we work with you through the revision process. We'll provide a full submittals package with our shop drawings to ensure everything is ordered correctly. Our partner relationships are built to make sure everyone is happy and we can keep the process going smoothly
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once we’ve finalized your design, we work closely with you and our manufacturing partners to ensure lead times and schedules are kept. We’ll be able to tell you exactly what phase each product is in and when it’s coming. After we place the order we'll be able to give you a delivery window and make sure that everything stays on schedule. We stand by you through the install process and beyond. After the project is complete we can help manage any warranty issues that may come up.
