Bold & Balanced

The kitchen is more than a place to prepare meals, it's where families come together. It's a place for guests to gather, and where memories are created. When designing this kitchen, our primary focus was on selecting the right materials and colors. 

Going with the slate blue cabinetry felt like a bold choice, it's such a strong color. However the cool, calming tones of the cabinetry were able to serve as the foundation for the kitchen's design. The cabinets not only provide a unique and stylish look but also create a sense of tranquility and elegance that's hard to ignore.

Complementing the perimeter cabinetry is the walnut island. The warmth and richness of the walnut perfectly balance the coolness of the blue. This combination provides a welcoming coloring palette, like a warm hug. 

To make sure the kitchen was well-suited for family and entertaining, we incorporated a conversational island. This creates ample seating on 2 sides of the island, so everyone can be a part of the conversation. 

This kitchen is a testament to the power of design. The cool slate blue and warm walnut, accented by gold hardware and pendant lighting, creates a captivating and inviting space.  It's a perfect blend of aesthetics and practicality, showcasing that with the right choices, your kitchen can become the heart of your home.
