From Start to Finish, We Guide You Through The Process.

GETTING STARTED:

There are several ways to begin this process depending on the scope of your project.

If you are just updating your kitchen:Whether the conversation starts by email or by phone the ultimate goal is to set up a free site visit to see the existing space, take measurements, and discuss goals and wishes for your new kitchen..  Taking what we heard from you, we will come up with a design that we think fits your requests.  We are great listeners!
If you are renovating your home or building a new home:   The best way to start is with the plans from your architect.  Whether you drop by our showroom or send us an email, we can begin the conversation about your needs and wants and use the scaled drawing from the architect to come up with an initial design and quote.  Remember that Grand Banks does not just do kitchens.  Our design expertise and cabinetry extends into other areas of your home such as your bathrooms, libraries, mudrooms, laundry rooms, entertainment rooms, etc. Where ever you need organization!

DESIGN PROCESS:

Once you have seen our initial proposal with the quote, plans, elevations, and 3D drawings and you like what you see, we can move forward into the design phase.  In the design phase we can further refine the design and the cabinet organization until you are fully confident in the plan and the product.

ORDERING:

When the time comes to place the order we will come out and measure the space for the last time and make any necessary adjustments before getting your final approval on price and product.  We ask for a 50% deposit before we can place the order.  Once the order is placed we will alert you to lead times and a delivery period.  When the cabinets do come in we will work with you and/or your contractor to set up a delivery time free of charge.

INSTALLATION:

Cabinets are put into place by your contractor.  Grand Banks does not do installation. At this point Grand Banks is in full support mode.  To ensure a quality installation, we send an installation packet out with every cabinet order being delivered.  We believe that communication between the homeowner, the designer, and the contractor is an essential part of not only the installation process but the entire process in general.  Any questions that come up we are ready to help troubleshoot to be sure for a smooth installation.
