Part-Time Showroom Coordinator - Gloucester
Grand Banks is looking for an organized, personable Part-Time Showroom Coordinator to join our growing team in Gloucester.
We're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a welcoming personality, and a sharp eye for detail. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an outstanding customer experience.
As the first point of contact in our showroom, you'll help create an inspiring and inviting atmosphere for homeowners, architects, builders, and designers. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, guiding them toward the products and resources they're looking for, sharing design inspiration, and connecting them with the appropriate member of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls to the right team member
- Being the first point of contact for all walk-in customers and assisting them in their needs
- Managing showroom calendar appointments and preparing meeting spaces for all appointments
- Organizing and updating showroom samples and literature by vendor
- Keeping showroom clean and tidy
- Attend product trainings with team and have a basic "top level" understanding of product collection.
- Working with our marketing department to create and post to our social media platforms as an extension of our marketing campaigns and events.
- Occasionally assist with setting up trainings and events in the showroom.
- Strong organization and communication skills
