At Grand Banks, our Design Team is committed to continuing to offer our superior design service throughout these unprecedented times. Typically we would begin our process with an initial Grand Banks showroom meeting or a site visit to your home. We are adapting, and now offering remote meetings with a designer for those who would like to move forward with beginning their project. If you are not comfortable with a Zoom meeting a phone call will do too!
During our first meeting we will educate you on the products Grand Banks offers, discuss your vision, time frame, budget and the progress you have made so far. We can discuss layout and style options. To make the most of our time please provide the information below prior to our meeting:
After your meeting we will get started on an initial proposal. This presentation will include perspective views of your new space as well as a quote based on this initial layout. Once it is safe for you and us to do so, we will come to your home, take detailed field measurements and make changes to the layout if need be before finalizing an order.
Our Showroom is open by appointment only. At any point in the process, if you would like to coordinate a visit to look at our products in person, please let us know.
